Asano is a morning café that operates inside host restaurants — in its own words, "the A.M. cafe to your P.M. restaurant." In the West Village it sets up at The Noortwyck on Bleecker Street before the restaurant's own service begins, serving Japanese-inspired matcha and specialty coffee on weekday mornings and early afternoons.
